Building your regenerative capacity
Our team of trusted consultants are all specialist professionals in the field of regeneration and have completed the roots to regeneration program to ensure they hold a truly holistic perspective and work with our ROOTED regenerative design framework to deliver your unique pathway.
After an initial training process, we can adapt our support to fit your budget, time availability and preferred way of working (remote or in-person).
Rooted regeneration
We use a combination of live online coaching, in-person visits, and online self-led development to give you the best value for money and the paradigm-shifting experience required to become a successful regenerative farmer or regenerative professional.
Depending on your location and needs, different rooted consultants may be suggested to support you at different stages of your regenerative journey. However, you will be assigned a lead consultant to guide you on your regenerative journey and be your ‘go-to’ point of contact.

A ‘whole system’ approach to regenerative transition.
At roots of nature we take what we call a ‘whole system’ approach to regeneration.
Rather than simply adding a few regenerative practices on to an existing farming system, business or organisational strategy, we take a holistic design approach adapted to people and place.
We co-design a transition strategy with you to meet your unique objectives where we look at every level of your whole system to ensure all of the parts transition together for best results.
In a farming context, when the soil system is optimised and working synergistically with your plant and animal systems and the farm ecosystem is designed to meet the unique elemental conditions of your location then optimal regeneration can be achieved.
The same is true for organisations, adding a few regenerative work practices to an organisation designed with mechanistic methedologies will not yield the results of a re-designing the system using living principles.
